Brothers in the Blast
Outlaw country emo from a four-man band. The second act on the Cold Bore roster.
Motto
From the ashes, we rise; in the dust, we sing.
The sound
Grit and nerve
The rugged grit of outlaw country with the inward pull of Midwest emo. Electric guitars ring like distant sirens. The vocals cut through the noise, with the crackle of campfire embers underneath.
The story
Omaha basement
Brothers in the Blast formed in a dimly lit basement in Omaha, Nebraska, far from their hometowns. Four veterans traded stories and turned them into songs about brotherhood, displacement, and survival.
