Privacy

Last updated October 5, 2026.

This policy covers coldboreproductions.com, run by Cold Bore Productions, LLC (“Cold Bore,” “we”). It says what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

  • What you send us. If you use the contact form, join the mailing list, or email us, we receive your name, your email address, and whatever you write.
  • Standard server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, records basic request data such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested. This keeps the site secure and running.

We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. If that changes, this page will change first.

How we use it

  • To answer your inquiry and quote or deliver work you ask for.
  • To send release news, if you joined the mailing list.
  • To keep the site secure.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers who help us run the site and our email. Form submissions and mailing-list signups are stored in our Google Workspace account.

Other companies’ content on this site

  • Spotify. Artist pages include a Spotify player. Spotify may set cookies and collect data when the player loads or when you play something. Spotify’s privacy policy applies to that.
  • Google Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google, which receives your IP address when it does.
  • Links. Links to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X, and Spotify take you to those services, and their policies apply once you are there.

Mailing list

We email you only if you asked us to. Every message says how to unsubscribe, and you can also email info@coldboreproductions.com to be removed.

Your choices

Email info@coldboreproductions.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
